Welcome to Immaculate Conception Parish! Our community of believers in Jesus Christ is lovingly guided by His Blessed Mother Mary. As Roman Catholics, we joyfully celebrate our faith, strive to live the gospel and dedicate ourselves to serving those in need. We warmly invite you to join us in experiencing and sharing God's boundless love. We are glad you are here and look forward to welcoming you into our parish family.
The term "Immaculate Conception" refers to our belief that Mary, the mother of Jesus, was conceived without original sin. This teaches that from the moment of her conception, Mary was preserved by God's grace from the stain of original sin, which is believed to affect all other human beings. This special grace was granted to her in preparation for her role as the mother of Jesus Christ.
Our mural of the Virgin Mary and the rosary is now in the parking lot at Immaculate Conception.
We thank Karen Bruynell for her beautiful artwork that is such a lovely part of our parish now.
At Immaculate Conception Parish, we take great pride in our name, which honors the belief in the Immaculate Conception of Mary, the mother of Jesus. This doctrine is central to our faith, teaching that from the moment of her conception, Mary was preserved from original sin by God's grace. Our parish is dedicated to Mary under this beautiful and significant aspect of her identity. It is a constant reminder for us to strive for holiness and live our faith with the same dedication and love that Mary gives us. As a parish community, we find inspiration in her example, and it strengthens our commitment to living the gospel, celebrating our faith joyfully, and serving those in need. We are proud to be Immaculate Conception Parish, and we welcome everyone to join us in this journey of faith and devotion.
