The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults, or RCIA, is a communal process for formal initiation of new members into the Catholic Church. This faith journey has its origins from the beginnings of the early christian Church.

Our Core Catholic Beliefs:
We believe that each person is created by God in love, and that everything God creates is good. While we all have the capacity for mistakes, the Church holds the dignity of every human being in the highest regard.
We see God's goodness reflected in all of creation. Catholics view the world and its beauty, renewed by the Incarnation, as a sign of God’s love. We are called to stewardship, recognizing that everything we have is a gift from God. Our responsibility is to share our time, talents, and treasures with those around us.
We believe in the Holy Trinity: God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—a perfect communion of knowledge and love. We are created to share in this divine life. The Church is a living community, and as believers, we are part of the Body of Christ, reflecting the communal nature of the Trinity.
We believe that God loved his creation so much that He became human in the person of Jesus to walk among us. We also honor the communion of saints—models of faith who inspire and guide us in our daily lives. Central to our faith is the belief in Jesus’ crucifixion, death, and resurrection, with the hope that one day we will rise to new life with Him.
Becoming Catholic today means joining an ancient faith, deeply rooted in the teachings and traditions of Christ, that is filled with hope and vibrancy as we continue to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ to all the ends of the earth.
